Rancid recently headlined the Hootenanny in Silverado Canyon, Calif., in celebration of their 20th anniversary, and Sullen TV caught up with drummer Branden Steineckert for an update on the band.
The clip below also includes an energetic performance of “Roots Radical,” a classic off Rancid’s 1995 album … And Out Come the Wolves.

A 1957 Gretsch Duo Jet recently appeared on PBS’ popular appraisal program Antiques Roadshow.
The guitar is a family heirloom that was played on stage and on the radio by the owners’ father and grandfather.

Ontario rockers Redlight King recently dropped a video for “Comeback,” which was featured on Avengers Assemble: Music from and Inspired by the Motion Picture.
The video features shots of Captain America, Thor and the rest of the group interspersed with the band playing in a vintage performance space. And, it was shot on 16mm film to give it a unique look.

Redlight King’s debut album, Something for the Pain, came out in 2011. The group is preparing to embark on the Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival along with Shinedown, Godsmack and others.
