The list of artists Ethan Johns has worked with over his many years in the music industry is certainly impressive, whether it is Ryan Adams, Kings of Leon, or Tom Jones, to name just a few.
Johns’ latest endeavor has been recording in the studio with keyboardist and founding member of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Benmont Tench.

Local Natives have a new album titled Hummingbird scheduled to come out later this month, and the Los Angeles-by-way-of-Orange County artists recently played several of their new tracks at a KCRW event in Santa Monica.
Taking place at Apogee’s Berkeley St. Studios, the entire session will be broadcast on Morning Becomes Eclectic on Friday at 11:15 a.m. (PST). (more…)
