Returns & Exchanges

You may return anything purchased from the Fender Online Store for an exchange or a refund (except for used parts!), within 30 days of receipt, if you are not completely satisfied.

  • All returns must have prior authorization and must have an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the returns shipping label.
  • All unauthorized returns or items returned without an RA may be refused.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility; unless the return results from an error on our part (i.e. you received a wrong, defective or damaged product).
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging.


Return Procedure

If for any reason you need to return an item and wish to obtain a Return Authorization (RA), please e-mail the Fender Online Store Customer Service Department or call 800-856-9801. Please be prepared to supply your Invoice Number, Order Number or Delivery Number as well as the name on, and the credit card used in, the transaction. (Note: The phone number and E-mail address above are for Fender Online Store Customer Service issues only. The Fender Online Store Customer Service Dept. is not equipped to handle general Fender inquiries. For any other questions please call Fender's Consumer Relations Department at 480-596-7195.)

Upon receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number from the Online Store Customer Service Department; simply fill out the returns sheet/shipping label that accompanied your order explaining why you are making the return. Box up your merchandise in the original packaging with the returns sheet enclosed and send it back to us, postage paid, using the shipping label that is located at the bottom of the returns sheet. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process your request in a timely fashion. If you have indicated that you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, we will initially provide a credit for the original order, then create a new order and charge your credit card again.

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a credit to the card account used in the initial transaction.

All items purchased from the Online Store are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us (except used parts!) within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don't like it or it's not what you expected, simply return it and we will credit your credit card. We do not want you to have to keep anything from the Online Store with which you are not completely satisfied.

How to Order

Ordering online from the Online Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.

When ordering online, shipping is FREE and your credit card is not charged until your order ships.


International Orders

Most items featured in the Online Store may be purchased from your local Fender dealer. Please contact your Fender Distributor for a stocking dealer in your area.


Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Most items are priced at the U.S. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (USMSRP). If an item is priced lower than the USMSRP, the USMSRP will be indicated under the photo of the item for your reference. Some items exclusive to the Online Store have no USMSRP.

We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, we do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Local sales tax is applicable in most U.S. States.

Online Orders:

At the Online Store, outgoing shipping for internet orders is FREE! Most orders ship out from our warehouse standard FedEx Ground within 3 business days. Although most online orders process and deliver within 3 to 5 business days, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. When checking out, please specify a physical street address. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Back Orders

In an effort to serve you better and avoid confusion, we are currently processing orders for only those items that are in-stock, and ready to ship to your door. How will you know if your item is in stock? It's easy! If the item you are looking for appears in the pull-down selection menu with "yes" or "low" beside it, it's in stock!
